Part of the Fourth Ward neighborhood and in the heart of the Entertainment District, the historic Ivey's Department Store was converted in 1995, by local architect Jim Gross.  

The first two floors of the Ivey's include, restaurants, shops, and offices.  

Residential condominiums occupy the top four floors of the Ivey's.  Homes include 14 - 22 foot ceilings with 10 foot windows, exposed beams, hardwood floors and fireplaces. 

The building includes a security station that is manned 24 hours a day, and private underground parking.
